MLI Excimerlaser / Excimerlaser LC

Die Geräte der MLI-Serie bieten Excimerlaser mit direkter Wellenlänge für industrielle Anwendungen an. Selbstverständlich können die Basisgeräte bei Bedarf individuellen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden.

Die modernen, kompakten Excimerlaser der MLI-Serie von MLase sind UV-Lichtquellen bei 193 nm oder 248 nm mit hohen Pulsenergien bis 16 mJ und Repetitionsraten bis 1.000 Hz.

Die Excimerlaser mit dem Zusatz “LC” verfügen zusätzlich über die Möglichkeit der aktiven Wasserkühlung (über Hauswasser, oder externen Wärmetauscher; kein DI-Wasser) für stabilen Dauerbetrieb.

OEM Excimer Lasers for Medical Applications

MLase develops and manufactures high-performance excimer lasers tailored for various medical fields:

Refractive Surgery (LASIK):
ArF excimer lasers (193 nm) designed for corneal reshaping in vision correction procedures. MLase lasers have been used to treat millions of patients worldwide.

Laser Atherectomy:
XeCl excimer lasers (308 nm) engineered for long-term operation – over one year without gas exchange – and delivering over 200 mJ of pulse energy. Ideal for fiber-based minimally invasive vascular surgery.

Glaucoma Treatment:
Complete medical systems integrating MLase’s XeCl lasers with proprietary fiber coupling optics and energy calibration for precise and effective glaucoma therapy.

Excimer Lasers for Industrial Applications
